Services
York Coders provides software development, web development, mobile app development, UI/UX design, and related consulting services. The specific scope, deliverables, and terms of each project will be outlined in separate agreements.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final deliverables. York Coders retains the right to use project samples in our portfolio and marketing materials, unless confidentiality is agreed upon.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Late payments may result in suspension of services. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the project agreement.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary assets. Delays in client responses may affect project timelines and deliverables.
Limitation of Liability
York Coders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Warranties
We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional manner. We provide a 30-day warranty period for bug fixes on delivered code. We do not warrant that services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the project agreement. Upon termination, clients shall pay for all work completed up to the termination date.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or mediation before pursuing other remedies.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
